Customers should request any order change or cancellation as soon as possible after placing the order. Once food preparation has started, the order may not be changed or cancelled.
FFC Foods reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests after preparation has started.

Refunds are not guaranteed for personal taste preferences, late complaints, incorrect information provided by the customer, or issues reported after a long delay.
